Returns Eligibility

• Damage caused after delivery
• Products used, altered, or tampered with


Timeframe for Reporting Damage

If you receive a damaged or broken product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.


Proof of Damage

To process your return request, we may require:

• Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
• Photos of the original packaging
• Order number or invoice

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the return request.


Return Approval Process

B2B Orders

For business to business orders, the same damaged or broken product policy applies.

Due to the nature of bulk and wholesale purchases, no returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons other than confirmed damage or breakage.


Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs for approved damaged products may be covered by us or adjusted based on the situation
• Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the return is due to confirmed damage


Non Returnable Items

Certain items may be non returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or broken. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.


Cancellation Policy
